I handcraft and ship every order from Spain. Below you can find how I prepare and deliver your jewelry.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request a cancellation or change of address as long as your order has not yet been shipped (within the 1–3 day processing window). Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Carriers & Services
- Standard mail (worldwide): Correos España – Certified International Parcel Post.
- Express (Spain): Correos Express or SEUR.
- Express (international): FedEx or DHL.
Tracking
All shipments include destination tracking. You’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link once your parcel is on the way.
Estimated Delivery Times
- European Union: 3–7 business days (Certified International Parcel Post).
- Europe (non-EU): 5–7 business days (Certified International Parcel Post).
- United States of America: 5–12 business days (Certified International Parcel Post).
- Rest of the world: 10–15 business days (Certified International Parcel Post).
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. Seasonal peaks, weather, and customs may cause delays beyond my control.
Taxes & Duties
European Union: All prices include VAT. No additional import duties apply for EU orders.
Outside the EU (including the USA): Import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If in the future certain destinations are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), this page will be updated accordingly.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, I can reship it once it arrives back to me; reshipping costs will be requested.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel seems delayed, first check the tracking and then contact me with your order number. I’ll open a case with the carrier if needed. A parcel is considered lost only after the carrier’s investigation window or official confirmation.
