How long does it take to prepare my order?
I handcraft each piece. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Can I change the address or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped yet (within the 1–3 day processing window). Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. See the Shipping Policy.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
Which carriers do you use?
Standard mail is handled by Correos España using Certified International Parcel Post. For express in Spain I use Correos Express or SEUR. For international express I use FedEx or DHL.
Is tracking included?
Yes, all shipments include destination tracking. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link.
How long does shipping take?
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Europe (non-EU): 5–7 business days
- USA: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

Are your materials hypoallergenic?
Yes. I work with sterling silver posts or 18K gold plated stainless steel posts. My hoops are also hypoallergenic, made of stainless steel in silver tone or 18K gold plated.
What are the charms made of?
I craft my charms from polymer clay, a lightweight, durable, and hypoallergenic material.
Can my jewelry get wet? How do I clean it?
It can get wet occasionally, but I recommend avoiding water as much as possible to extend its life. To remove makeup or residue, wash gently with mild soap and water and dry thoroughly. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions and chemicals.

Do you accept returns?
I accept returns under the conditions stated in my Refund & Returns Policy. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned once the package has been opened upon delivery, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Personalized items are also non-returnable.

Do you accept custom requests?
Yes. I make everything by hand, from colors to shapes, so I’m happy to personalize any piece from the catalog when possible. Send me your idea through the contact form and I’ll let you know the options.
Are the charms interchangeable?
Yes, my designs are made so you can mix and match charms to refresh your look.

Can I add a gift message or gift wrap?
Yes. You can add gift wrap and a gift message in the cart before checkout. If you need help, please contact me.

Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. I do not see or store your card information.
