Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. For cancellations or address changes during the 1–3 day processing window, please see the Shipping Policy.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (EU right of withdrawal). Please contact me with your order number before sending anything back.
Non-returnable Items
- Personalized or custom pieces.
- Earrings: for health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the package has been opened upon delivery. They are only eligible for return if they arrive defective or damaged during shipping.
Condition of Returns
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Please use a trackable service for returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty or I made a mistake, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or shows a defect under normal use, please contact me within 7 days for damage on arrival, or within 30 days for craftsmanship defects. I will cover reasonable return postage for verified defects and offer a replacement or a refund for the item price.
How to Start a Return
- Send me a message through the contact form with your order number and photos if applicable.
- I’ll confirm the return instructions and address in Betxí (Castellón), Spain.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service and keep the receipt.
