Refund & Returns Policy

I want you to love your jewelry. Each piece is handmade with great care, and if something isn’t right, I’m here to help under the conditions below.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. For cancellations or address changes during the 1–3 day processing window, please see the Shipping Policy.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (EU right of withdrawal). Please contact me with your order number before sending anything back. Once the item is received and checked, the refund will be processed.

  • Standard, non-personalized products: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once the item is safely returned to my studio and checked in its original unused condition, I will process your refund.

  • Personalized or custom pieces: Because these items are made specifically to your specifications, they are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a mistake or defect on my part. If you have any doubts before placing your order, please write to me! I will be happy to help you choose perfectly.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please use a trackable service for returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or I made a mistake, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or shows a defect under normal use, please contact me within 7 days for damage on arrival, or within 30 days for craftsmanship defects. I will cover reasonable return postage for verified defects and offer a replacement or a refund for the item price.

My priority is that you receive a piece that meets your expectations.

How to Start a Return

  1. Send me a message through the contact form with your order number and photos if applicable.
  2. I’ll confirm the return instructions and address in Betxí (Castellón), Spain.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service and keep the receipt.
